Tylor Holding
Date de décès : 16 décembre 2014
HOLDING: It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tylor Don Holding at the age of 39. Tylor was born on October 22, 1975 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 16, 2014. Tylor grew up with his two older brothers Shawn and Jayson, whom he adored. As a child, Tylor and his family lived in Moose Jaw, Saskatoon, Drayton Valley and settled in Tompkins. Moving to Tompkins gave Tylor the opportunity to live closer to more
family, as both sets of grandparents, most of his aunts and uncles and cousins lived close by. Tylor also got to experience the small town sense of community in Tompkins, and found some very great friends there. One friend in particular, Brian Willows, became a life long friend with Tylor. As a teenager, Tylor attended Gull Lake High School, where he easily made more friends, loved and lived life to the fullest. Tylor's early adult years began his extensive struggle with devastating mental illness, robbing him of his dreams and destroying many of his relationships with those close to him. During the early years of his adulthood, Tylor also became a father, but sadly his mental illness deeply affected that relationship. After many years of suffering, Tylor came to terms with his illness
and accepted treatment. Those ten months were a very precious gift, especially for Tylor's parents. Although we all wish we had more time, Tylor's journey ended much too soon. He is survived by his son Jayden; his parents Rick and Brenda; his brothers Shawn (Cara), and Jayson; his maternal grandmother Dorothy Hay; aunt Kim Hay (Dale); uncles Dick Hay, Bill (Maureen) Hay, Glenn (Barb) Holding, and Dean Holding (Maggie) his nieces and nephews that he held very close to
his heart: C.J., Skylor, Trista, Jaxen, and Isabella; and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Randy and Augusta Holding, maternal grandfather Jack Hay, Uncle Bill Holding, Aunt Mary Lee and Uncle Dick Beach. In memory of Tylor, donations can be made to "Our Daily Bread" soup kitchen, 214 1 Ave N.E., Swift Current, Sk. S9H 2B4. Warren's Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
