Doreen had eight much adored great-grandchildren, Ryan and Spencer Wright, Jillian, Megan and Mallory Matlock and Erica, Emma and Jackson Thorburn. Doreen is also survived by her much loved siblings, Ruth Shaw (the late Bill Shaw) and Elsie Wayne (Richard “Buzz” Wayne) of Saint John, NB. She leaves also many special nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband James Elvin “Duce” Ducey, her son-in-law, Dale Thorburn, her parents Paxton and Ada Fairweather, her brothers Raymond, Lee, Ralph, Kenneth and Glen Fairweather.
