MIRIAM KATHERINE EDMUNDS
March 28, 1933 – January 12, 2015
Passed away peacefully at the Dr. Charles L Legrow Health Centre on Monday, January 12, 2015 Miriam Katherine Edmunds of Isle aux Morts at the age of 81 years. She was the daughter of the late Charles Thomas Munden and Maude Ellen Munden. She was also predeceased by her husband Thomas Nelson Edmunds, infant daughter Miriam, brothers and sisters Martha Lawrence, Irene Thomas, William Thomas Munden and granddaughter Tara Taylor. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children Linda Brenton NL, Charles (Judy) Edmunds Port aux Basques, Yvonne (Abe) Taylor Calgary AB, Rachel (Mike) Derosa Calgary AB, Thomas (Bertha Lushman) Edmunds Port aux Basques, Maryellen (Cecil) Sheaves Port aux Basques, Marty (Jackie Tilley) Edmunds Port aux Basques, and Lisa (Donnie) Delaney Stephenville and a large circle of nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation took place on Tuesday and Wednesday at Holy Spirit Church, Isle aux Morts. Funeral services too place on Thursday, January 15 at 2 PM at Holy Spirit Church, Isle aux Morts with Rev. Maryrose Colbourne officiating. Interment to follow at Hillside Haven Cemetery, Isle aux Morts Road. Flowers accepted or donations may be made to the family.
