We, the family of Berndina Johanna (Dini) Smits, wish to say thank you so much for all the kindness and sympathy we have received at a time when it was deeply needed. To those who traveled to be with us, made donations in mom's name, sent food to our homes and Chants, cards and flowers. for the many phone calls, visits, stories and hugs, laughs and tears, it really meant so much. To the doctors and nursing staff of the CBRH Emergency Dept., for your great compassion and care of Mom. To the amazing staff of S.W. Chants Funeral Home, Pastor Sheldon Chant for all of your comforting words of Mom. Erin Lewis for such a great job of Mom's favourite songs. Jill and Wendy for being there for us with such great care and professionalism. We greatly appreciated it. Special thank you to the pallbearers and readers, Jill and Krista Smits. We would also like to thank the staff of Harbourstone Enchanced Care for taking such great care of Mom while she had resided with you. Sherry, Sandra, Brenda and Madonna for all your help in assisting mom with her medication. To Dr. David Brake, Pat and Jeanette at the chest clinic, could not have done this without your help.
