DUPLESSIS, GEORGE - 1968-2015 - George Duplessis, 46, of Bouctouche, passed away at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital on Thursday January 15, 2015. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Gérald and Bella (Cormier) Duplessis. He will be sadly missed by his parents, Gérald and Bella, his daughter, France LeBlanc of Moncton, his sisters; Béatrice Mills (Paul) of Saint-Edouard, Géraldine Newcomb, Pauline Goguen (Rhéal), both of Cocagne and Bernadette Cormier (Joey) of Bouctouche, his brothers; Noel (Yvette), Edgar (Roland), Raymond«Bou» (Diane), Damien «Ti-bas» (Debbie), all of Bouctouche, Francis of Cocagne and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three sisters in infancy.
Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église in Bouctouche, on Sunday January 18, 2015 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9pm and on Monday from 9:30 to 10:45. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, in Bouctouche on Monday January 19, 2015 at 11:00am. In George’s memory a donation can be made to the family.
