The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, surrounded by his family and close friends on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, of Chuck Campbell of Kensington and formerly of Summerside, aged 61 years. Husband of Lisa (Gougen) Campbell. Born in Summerside on Feb. 27, 1953, son of Ellsworth and Charlene (Frost) Campbell. Loving father to Dawn (Jeremy) Harper, Charlottetown, Chrysta Campbell (Ian Simmons), Summerside, Elsie and Raychell Campbell, Kensington. Loving frandfather to Brooke and Griffin Blanchard, Summerside, and Ryan Harper, Charlottetown. Son-in-law of Raymond and Florine Gougen, Irishtown, N.B. Brother to Debbie (Doug) MacAusland, Summerside; Nancy (John) Haars, Oshawa, Ont.; Marilyn Campbell, Summerside; Karen Johnston (Barbie), Halifax, N.S., and Lela MacDonald, New Annan. Brother-in-law to Norma (Harvey) Watson, Moncton, N.B., and Annette (Barry) Holman, Ballinafad, Ont. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Betty-Jean Campbell, grandparents Charles and May Frost and Heath and Hazel Campbell and brother-in-law Allan MacDonald. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday at Trinity United Church Summerside at 11 a.m. Interment later in the Victoria West Cemetery. Monetary donations greatly appreciated toward the Elsie and Raychell Campell trust fund.
