JACK O'BRIEN
We, the family of the late Jack O' Brien, would like to thank all our family, friends and neighbours for their support, visits and kindness during Jack's illness and recent passing. Thanks to all those who sent food, cards, flowers, donations and on-line condolences. Special thanks to Dr. A.F. D'Intino, Shawna, staff at the An Cala Unit as well as staff of 4b, CBRH, for providing excellent care during Jack's final days. Thanks to the VON, Vitalaire, Dr. M. Sampson and Dr. Cohen for their support and treatment the past years, and recent months and weeks. Thank you to Father Doug Murphy, choir and CWL of Holy Rosary Parish for the beautiful funeral service and tea. Thanks to Mike, Joe, Al and Johnnie for participating in the service. Thanks also to T.W. Curry Parkview Funeral Home for their service and guidance during this difficult time.
