Born in Sussex, N.B., on June 21, 1932, son of the late Stewart and Helen (Mowry) Phillips. Dear stepfather of Mary (Sherwin) Phillips, Arlington; Michael (Tracey) Labobe, Lennox Island; Karen (Nelson) Noye, Lennox Island; Jacqueline (Danny) Tuplin, Lennox Island; Leslie (David), Lennox Island; Sandra (Steven) Hulan, Dartmouth. Loving grandfather of thirteen stepgrandchildren. Brother of Gerry (Ann) Mowry, Charlottetown and Doreen Lloyd, Stratford, Ont. Brother-in-law of Irene (David) Haley, Lennox Island. Predeceased by his first wife, Gertrude (Waukey), 1996; brothers, Ron and Glen; sister, Connie; stepdaughter Sharon; stepson-in-law, Danny Moore, and stepgranddaughter Sharon.
