Passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at the Dr. L.A. Miller Centre following a long battle with cancer, Charlie Parsons, age 67 years. Predeceased by his father, Cyril Parsons. Leaving to mourn with loving memories, his mother, Marjorie Parsons; children: Michelle Bulgin (Rick), Wanda Parsons, Christopher Parsons, Denis Parsons and their mother, Margaret Parrell "Peggy"; grandchildren: Richelle, Robyn and Rygel Bulgin, and Brandon and Tristan Goodwin; sister, Phyllis Newhook (Bob); brothers: Don Parsons (Daphne) and Dave Parsons (Sandra); as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and many life-long friends. Special thank you to the Doctors and Nursing Staff who've helped Charlie through his illness. Your care and compassion will be forever remembered. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Sunday, February 1, and Monday, February 2, from 12noon-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held from Barrett's Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at 2:00pm, with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
