Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at the Health Sciences Center on Saturday, January 31, 2015 Julia Flynn of Chapel's Cove. Predeceased by her loving husband Wilson (March 1999), son David (January 2014), daughter in-law Pauline Flynn, grand daughter baby Dwyer, her parents Michael & Anastasia Penney & her father & mother in-law Edward & Alice Flynn. Left to mourn with heavy hearts are her attentive children: Patrick (Lillian), Edward (Bonnie), Wilson (Maureen), Geraldine Murphy (Garry), Michael (Maxine), Joseph (Susan), Anastasia Dwyer (Donald), Linda Myers (Bernie), Alice, Thomas (Karen) & Barbara Elliott (Joe), 35 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, sisters: Theresa Crowley & Ann Walsh, numerous nieces, nephews, & other extended family & friends. As per Julia's request cremation has taken place, there will be no visitation & funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial to be held from SS. Peter & Paul Church, Harbour Main on February 4, 2015 at 10:30 am. Inurnment will be in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Chapels Cove. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the heart & stroke foundation, the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation or a charity of one's choice.
