
Augustin Arseneau
At the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at the age of 94 years, died Augustin Arseneau. He remained at the Residence Vienneau, formerly of Petit-Rocher. He was the husband of the late Augustine Arseneau and son of the late Henri Arseneau and late Marguerite Lejeune.
He is survived by his eight sons: Richard (Bernice) of Bathurst, Gilbert (Linda) of Riverview, Michael (Mary) of Stellarton, NS, Claude (Shawna) Lower Sackville, NS, Robert (Brenda) Riverview, Alvin (Darlene) Lakeview, Gary (Sonji) Eastern Passage, NS and Roger of Toronto; three daughters: Pat (Roger Howatt) of Amherst, NS, Betty (Jerry McAlpine) Lower Sackville, NS and Theresa (Barry Cardy) of Riverview; four brothers: Edmond (late Rose) Sarnia, Ont, Roger (Eleanor) of Truro, Gerald (late Charlene) of Amherst and Fernand (Dorina) of Petit-Rocher; two sisters: Yvonne Bathurst and Jeannette (late Philippe Roy) of Bathurst; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grand-son.
Two son Patrick and Raymond; four brothers: Adrien, Leo, and Raymond Leandor and two sisters: Patricia and Auxilia have predeceased.
M. Arseneau was a life member of the Knights of Columbus in Petit-Rocher.
Viewing at the funeral chapel Verret Nigadoo was Tuesday, February 3, with the funeral following at St. Polycarp Church in Petit-Rocher.
