At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, February 9, 2015 of M. Francis "Frank" Koughan, Charlottetown, age 53 years.
Beloved husband of Anne (Dow). Father of Christopher and Alex. Stepson of Mary Koughan. Brother of Barb Mackie (Charlie), Marty Koughan (Donna), Janet Kelly (Pat) and Larry Koughan (Kim). Brother-in-law of Ronnie Gallant. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Son-in-law of George and Dalal Dow.
Predeceased by his parents, Lorne Koughan and May Gallant; by his sister, Lorna Gallant; and by his niece, Kristen Koughan.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Friday at 9:30 a.m., then to Saints Peter and Paul Orthodox Church for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment later in Saints Peter and Paul Orthodox Church Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

Frank was a wonderfully devoted father and husband. He was the love of Anne's life. He was a true friend and touched all those he encountered. He will be sadly missed by all those who loved and met him. He will always be in our hearts and forever remembered. Anne, Chris and Alex
