(Len) Passed peacefully away on March 21st, 2008, age 86 years, at the Hoyles Escasoni Complex, (Retired Taxi Driver). Predeceased by son James, 2003. Leaving to mourn beloved wife Mary of 57 years, three daughters, Cathy (Greg Hendry); Anita Walsh (Ken Dunne); Pam (Randy Mullett); two sons Kenneth (Annette) and Perry (Isabelle); 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, also many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Monday, March 24th, and Tuesday, March 25th, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, March 26th, 2008 at 2 p.m. from the Church of the Ascension, Smallwood Drive, Mt. Pearl, interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. As an expression of sympathy flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
