LEWIS, Frederick J. – It is with sadness we announce that Fred Lewis passed away suddenly but peacefully, surrounded by family at the Health Sciences Complex, on Thursday, January 15, 2009, aged 89 years, of Holyrood. Predeceased by his wife Maisie 1997, brothers Phil (Madge), Art (Marg), sisters Evelyn Prokorym (John), Kay Molloy (Syl) and Josephine Farrell (John). Leaving to mourn one son Brian, with whom he resided, one sister Helen Dunn of Medford, Mass, USA and special loving and caring nieces and nephews of Holyrood. Also, other family and friends. Visitation in Hickey’s Funeral Home, Holyrood on Saturday and Sunday 2-9. Funeral Mass in Holy Cross Church, Holyrood, on Monday, January 19, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Internment in the R.C.
