It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a dear husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Woodrow Winsor of St. John's, at the Health Sciences Complex on Friday, February 13, 2015, age 88 years. Predeceased by his parents, Georgina and Herbert Winsor; and his sister, Ethel Winsor. Leaving to mourn his loving wife off 66 years, Dawn Winsor (nee Melendy); sons: Clarence (Debbie), Randy (Marlene) and Ricky (Marcie); daughters: Brenda Hancock (Wayne), Sheila Best (Wilson) and Lana Crane (Peter); five grandchildren: Lori, Lisa, Leslie, Tracey and Kayla; five great-grandchildren: Alaina, Nathan, Luke, Hillary and Natalie; as well as numerous friends and extended family. To his niece, Marilyn, a heartfelt thank you for being there. A special thank you to Dr. Roger Butler; Denise and Suzanne; and the staff of Urology 5SB at the Health Sciences Complex. Cremation has taken place at his request. A private family service will take place at a later date.
