We, George’s family, greatly appreciate the kind words and support shown to us after the loss of our son, brother and uncle. We wish to acknowledge the many expressions of love, concern and compassion from those who traveled from afar; called; attended his wake and funeral; sent flowers, food, and memorial or sympathy cards; and, shared treasured memories with us. A special thank you to Rev. Glen Kent, reader Christopher MacDonald, the St. John's Anglican choir, and the funeral reception committee, for providing a lovely lunch and a place to receive friends. Sincere thanks to Peter Walsh and Danny Campbell at W. J. Dooley Funeral Home for their patience, kindness and compassion shown at our most difficult time. Losing George is a very painful experience, and words fall short for all the support you have offered to our family. Thank you for being there when we needed you the most.
