Passed away suddenly after a brave battle with cancer at this home in Bellevue on Friday, February 20, 2015. Robert Vardy aged 59 years. Predeceased by infant daughter: Belinda and parents: Roy and Marjorie Vardy. Leaving to mourn his brother: Don (Sharon), niece: Emily, aunts: Muriel Vardy, Inez Babcock (Don), Vera Barnes (Kelvin) and Geraldine Bown (George), special friends: Brian Rowe (Helen) and Breen Gushue, caregiver: Doreen Thorne, as well as many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Monday, February 23, 2015 from 1:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00. Funeral service will be held at Barrett’s Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
