Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, January 17, 2009, of Shirley McInnis (nee MacEachern) of Stratford, age 75 years. Beloved wife of Murtagh McInnis and loving mother of Carolyn McInnis (Sean Sproule), Stephen McInnis (Mary Valente), and Robert McInnis. Shirley is also survived by her grandchildren Miranda, Daniel and Olivia, and her sisters Mildred MacKinnon, Joan Ross and Cindy Stevens (Wilson) She was predeceased by her parents, Vernon and Bernadette (nee Gaudet) MacEachern; brother Roy MacEachern; sisters Verna Harrison and Marjorie Stein. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Monday, January 19, 7-9 p.m. ONLY. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 20, at Stratford Chapel - Hillsboro Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Interment will follow later at Our Lady of The Assumption Cemetery.
