Peacefully at Whisperwood Villa on Monday, February 23, 2015 of Catherine (Kay) Mitchell (nee Young), formerly of Village Green, in her 97th year.
Mother of Joan (William) Adams, Glenda (John) Power, Sterling (Cynthia) Erroll and Gloria. Sister of Florence Glynn, Melinda Hutchinson and sister-in-law of Anna Young. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert (Bob) Mitchell; her parents, George and Kate Young of Belle River; and daughter-in-law, Marlene Gallon of Moncton. Fondly remembered by her 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, there will be no visitation or funeral service by personal request. Interment will take place later in Vernon United Church Cemetery.
