BOURQUE, LISA ANN
1961 - 2015
Lisa Bourque of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Born in Norwalk, Connecticut, she was the daughter of Alcide Joseph (Joe) of Moncton and the late Irene (Allain) Bourque.
Lisa had been employed with Chateau Moncton for 15 years. She filled her down time doing things she enjoyed, such as sewing, reading, camping and travelling. She always made time to volunteer at the Salvation Army and spend time with cherished friends and family.
Alongside her father, she will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Robert (Bob) Cormier; daughter, Tanya Wilson of Moncton; sisters: Gloria Bourque of Riverview, Cecilia Belliveau (Jim Layton) of Moncton; brother, Francois (Frank) Bourque (Shelley) of Lakeville; Shane, who was like a grandson to her, Teesha, her rescue dog, as well as her nieces and nephews.
Besides her mother, she was predeceased by a brother, Norman, in 2008.
The family will be receiving friends and relatives at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd., Riverview (869-2007) on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00pm. A service celebrating Lisa’s life will take place from Cobb’s Funeral Home Memorial Chapel on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 11:00am with Father Allison Carroll officiating.
Donations made to Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation (Neurology Dept.) or The Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated by the family.
