Formally of Winterton, NL, passed peacefully away at Etobicoke General Hospital, Etobicoke, ON on Thursday February 26, 2015. Predeasced by father, Arthur Follett and mother, Elizabeth Green. Left to mourn are his son, Thomas Follett; sisters, Alice Vivian (Jim), Beverley Williams (Derek); brother, Leonard Follett (Ruth); step-brothers, Bill, Randy and Keith Green. As well as nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and numerous relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place and inurnment will be announced at a later date. Forever remembered in our hearts.
