Henwood, J. Clifford - Age 80, of Parrsboro Roads passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan. Born in Springhill, he was a son of the late Isaac and Edith (Phinney) Henwood. He is survived by sisters, Kathleen “Kay” Willigar, Barbara MacKenzie (Duncan), Loretta Taylor, all of Parrsboro; Stella Henwood (Mike Hughes), Halifax; brothers, William “Billy”, Leonard, Gordon (Joanne), all of Parrsboro Roads; chosen brother, Dennis Blenkhorn, River Hebert; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by sisters, Muriel and Cassie in infancy; brothers, Philip and Ronald; brothers in law, Bennie Willigar and Ralph Taylor. Visitation 6-8 p.m. on Sunday [March 8, 2015] at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro, where funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday [March 9, 2015], Rev. Dawn Léger officiating.
