At his residence, March 18, 2015, Mr. Oamer Sullivan of Grand Falls (Portage) passed away unexpectedly at the age of 78. He was the widower of Vivian Warren. Born at Cliffordvale in 1936, he was a son of the late Myles and Louise (St. Peter) Sullivan.
Oamer was retired from the New Brunswick Department of Transportation after 36 years of dedicated service.
He is survived by one daughter, Diane Sullivan at home, four sons, David (Lynne) of Grand Falls, Randall of Windsor, Ontario, Roger (Debbie) and Terry (Patty) of Drayton Valley, Alberta, four grandchildren, Samantha, Christopher, Michael and Marie, four great-grandchildren, Gary, Julian, Keiran and Coles, two sisters, Audrey Warren of Alabama and Betty Faraci of Hartford, Connecticut, one brother, Roland of Grand Falls, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Gary and a sister, Irene Bouchard.
Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 10 to 11 a.m.
A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, March 23rd at 11 a.m. with Father Gilbert Doddatto officiating. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Grand Falls (Portage).
