At the Kings County Memorial Hospital, in the company of many, many loved ones, the passing of Carol Sullivan (nee Conohan), age 64, of Cardigan, devoted wife of 43 years to Mike Sullivan, occurred on Friday, March 20, 2015.
Born September 20, 1950 she was the daughter of Walter Conohan and the late Katherine Fitzgerald.
Carol is survived by her loving daughters, Sarah Sullivan (Jim Cook), Megan Veinot (Jon); cherished grandchildren, Sullivan, Sadie and Charlotte Veinot. She will be greatly missed by her brothers and sisters, Billy Conohan (Anita), Wally Conohan (Ann), John Conohan (Anita), Betty Murphy (Lloyd), Mary Lou Conohan (Colin), Sheila Peters (Alan), Reg Conohan (Joanne), Preston Conohan (Susan), Peggy Porter (Jeff), Jimmy Conohan (Linda); many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting hours on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Wednesday at All Saints Catholic Church, Cardigan, at 11 a.m. Interment to take place in the parish cemetery.
