Carol "Tissie" von Kalckreuth (nee Gallant) formerly of Charlottetown, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness. Cherished Mother of Shana Cummings (Kevin) Son Mark (Cheryl) and very special Grammie to Matthew Cummings.

Predeceased by her husband Falk von Kalckreuth, her parents, Warren & Edith Gallant and also best friend of over 50 years Joan Robison. Carol is also survived by her 5 Brothers, Bernard (Eileen) Gilbert (Betty) Gerald (Lucille) Ted (Rita) all of Prince Edward Island and Warren Jr. (Linda) of Bramalea Ontario. Carol also had a large extended family and many neices and nephews.
Funeral service will be held on March 30th at 11:30am St. Bernadette's Parish Ajax. Reception in the church hall to follow.
