CROCKER, Clara (nee Burry)–Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at the Masonic Park Nursing Home on January 19, 2009 at the age of 99. Predeceased by her husband John C. Crocker; three sons: Donald, Douglas, George and one daughter Amy. Leaving to mourn are her children: Shirley Grosby, John Crocker, Lorraine Whelan, Wallace Crocker, Wayne Crocker (Freda) and Joanne Chaytor (Paul). Also left are one granddaughter Sarah; 15 grandsons; 12 great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Thursday, January 22, 2009 at 2 p.m. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Clara’s memory can be made to Daffodil Place.
