Words cannot express how we the family of the late Joseph Patrick “Pat” DiPersio feel in our hearts, when it comes to thanking everyone who reached out to us with love in so many different ways during our recent loss. Your gifts of support, food, Mass cards, condolences, charitable donations, phone calls, emails, and especially hugs are something we will never forget. Though we can’t name you all individually because there are so! so! many who deserve special mention, we would like to single out Dr John Kirkpatrick, North Sydney, dad’s family physician for many, many years, the staff of WJ Dooley funeral home North Sydney, Father Francis Cameron and Deacon Roy, the Sydney Mines Knights of Columbus , the altar servers and the readers, the funeral choir and the CWL of St Joseph Church, North Sydney, the Sydney Mines Legion members who gave Dad such a well deserved and very touching send off, Lynda Maxwell ( a very special Godchild) whose rendition of The Hallelujah after communion brought tears to our eyes. We could feel our Dad’s presence, see his smiling face and knew, how proud he was of such a beautiful celebration of his life. Thank You All!!!
