Sarty, Deborah Ann “Debbie” of Salmon River, NB, born July 13, 1951 passed away peacefully on March 30, 2015. Beloved wife of William “Willie” Sarty of 25 years.

Debbie was born in Kingston, ON a daughter of Gwen and Ken Vallier (Harrowsmith, ON). Debbie was a loving mother and friend of Trina Rouleau McIvor, a step-mother of Tina Sarty Patriquin, William Sarty, Patrick Sarty and Theresa Healy Harnish. Grandmother to 10 children and great-grandmother to four.

She is survived by brother’s Ken (Yvonne, Ottawa), Shorthy (Debbie, Kingston), Wayne (Lorraine, Napanee) and Bill (Kelly, Kingston). She was predeceased by her sister Marylin Vallier (Dwain, Kingston). She was a quiet, kind-hearted person who loved to dance and cook who leaves behind her so many friends.

A Service of Celebration & Thanksgiving to honour the life of Debbie will be held at the Gaspereau Forks United Church, 886 Rte 116, Gaspereau Forks, NB E4A 1L5 on Friday, April 3, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held in Glenhaven Memorial Gardens, Kingston, ON at a later date.
