Davidson, June Meta, age 81, of Hantsport, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 22, 2015, at the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born on June 26, 1933, in Cheverie, Hants County, Nova Scotia, June was the only daughter of the late Gladys (Vanbuskirk) Rolfe and Gilbert Rolfe (Hants County). June was predeceased by her parents and her brothers, Keith, Elwin, Hermon and Lawrence Rolfe. She is survived by her two sons, Scott MacCall and Blaine MacCall (Bet Fletcher). At her request, cremation has taken place under the care of Lindsay’s Windsor Funeral Home (902-798-2232), 194 King Street, P.O. Box 2218, Windsor, B0N 2T0, with a private family gathering at a later date. We would like to say a special thanks to Our local Physicians as well as the Hants Community Hospital, Nurses and Doctors for their kindness, clarity and exemplary care over the last few years. June was an engaging, warm, generous person, who always placed others first. Our families have been blessed by having her as a role model but also a Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Daughter and a friend.
