Francine lived through the German occupation of France and immigrated to Canada in 1959, finally settling in Gibsons, BC.
Mother of Nicole and Patricia Josh; Lucien Wagner; Patrick, Norbert, Gilbert and Christianne Splittgerber.
Peacefully, Mom now begins her next adventure. Bon voyage, Maman.
