LINEHAN, Maureen (nee Murphy)– Passed peacefully away at Neurosurgery Unit of the Health Sciences Centre, on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, age 77 years of Placentia, NL. Predeceased by her husband George, sister Gertrude, parents John and Agnes Murphy, brothers-in-law Charles McCormack, Patrick Linehan and Brendan Tobin, sisters-in-law Alma Tobin. Theresa Muroski and Mary Linehan. Leaving to mourn brothers-in-law Gordon Linehan (Claudette) and Anthony Muroski, nephews and nieces: Kevin (Diane), Brian (Bernadette), Janet, Paul (Nancy), Peter (Sandra), Des (Mary), Debbie (Jerome), Janet (Michael), Brenda (Wayne), Sharon (Ralph), Delores, Terry (Clyve), Ken (Sally), Gordon Jr., Barry (Barb), Charles, Doris, and Mike, and a large number of great nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind the best neighbours and friends anyone could ask for, here at home, across Canada and the United States. She dearly loved you all. Also Edwina who was so much more than a home care worker, you went above and beyond what you got paid for, she sang your praises daily. She will never be gone from the hearts of those who loved her most. Resting at Maher’s Funeral Home, Placentia.
