LECLERC, ROLAND
At the Grand Falls General Hospital, April 6, 2015, Mr. Roland Leclerc of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 91 years. He was the widower of Mary Ann Gagnon and had been a resident of Mont Assomption of Saint-Andre. Born at Drummond in 1923, he was a son of the late Lysias and Eugenie (Theriault) Leclerc.
Mr. Leclerc was a retired District Manager with NB Power.
He is survived by his six children, Dyan Saulnier (Mark) of Greely, Ontario, Jacques (Elaine) of Douglas Harbour, Jean-Guy (Donna) of Brinston, Ontario, Marc (Ada) of Beaconsfield, Quebec, Susie Swinn (Phil) of Winnipeg, Manitoba and Denise Egan (Brad) of Newmarket, Ontario, 14 grandchildren, five great grandchildren, sisters and brothers, Gilbert Leclerc of Hamilton, Ontario, Sister Jeannette Leclerc, f.m.a., of Campbellton, Robert "Bobby" Leclerc, Yolande Cull Hewitt and Gisele Michaud, all of Hamilton, as well as nieces and nephews.
Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. His funeral service will be held Friday, April 10th at 2 p.m. from the St-Georges Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls with interment in the adjoining cemetery.
