Passed peacefully away at St. Luke's Nursing Home on April 11, 2015, dedicated retired teacher, Dorothy Jean Walker, formerly of Brigus, NL. Predeceased by her parents, Richard & Mary (nee Alyward), brothers; Frank & Edward; sisters; Sister Mary Jerome Walker (RSM), Teresa Ellen Wade and Mary White. Leaving to mourn are her numerous nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus, Nl. on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 9 A.M. - 1 P.M. and Mass of Christian burial will take place at St. Patrick's R.C. Church, Brigus on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 2 P.M.. To all of the dedicated angels caring for the residents at St. Luke's, especially those of Ingelwood and Pleasantview wards, our heartfelt thanks, God bless you all.
