It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edward Francis Buckle of Pinware announces his passing at the long term care facility in Forteau, Labrador, on March 19, 2015 in his 76th year, with his loving family by his side. He leaves to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories, his beloved wife Sylvia of 53 years, a dear father to Sheila, Leona, Debbie, Junior and Chad; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother Wilfred (Margaret) and a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Sharon, grandson Kent, parents Ambrose and Margaret Buckle, foster parents Tom and Annie Lowe, three brothers, Joe, Jack and Tom, three sisters Annette, Alice and Julia, daughter-in-law Ruby and son-in-law Ross. Visitation took place at Our Lady of Labrador Parish in West St Modeste, where the funeral service was held on Tuesday March 24 at 2 p.m. with Fr. Tony officiating. Interment was held at the cemetery in Pinware.
