LYONS, REGINALD
November 9, 1928 – April 21, 2015
Mr. Reginald James Lyons of Carroll’s Crossing Road, Carroll’s Crossing, NB passed away Tuesday evening, April 21, 2015 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, at the age of 86. Born in Carroll’s Crossing, NB, he was the son of the late Harvey and Mae (Price) Lyons.
He was a retired woods worker and a member of the Pentecostal Church.
Survived by the mother of his children Neola Lyons and his seven children, two daughters; Nancy Ward (Bobby) of Williamsburg, NB, Erma Remmington (Paul) of Fredericton, NB; five sons; David (Debbie) of Zeland, NB, Wilson (Edith) Lyons of Zeland, NB, Raymond Lyons of Burtts Corner, NB, Jerry Lyons of Taxis River, NB and Byron Lyons of Carroll’s Crossing, NB, 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, also one sister; Zola Price of McNamee, NB and one brother Boyd Lyons of Boiestown, NB.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by one infant son, one sister Mary and her husband Cecil Long and one brother-in-law Dow Price.
Mr. Reginald James Lyons is resting at McNamee Pentecostal Church with visitation on Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 24, 2015 at 2 p.m. at McNamee Pentecostal Church with Rev. Allison Cromwell and Rev. Cole Price officiating. Burial will be in Porter Cove Cemetery later in the spring.
