At Perrin’s Clinton View Lodge, Clinton, on Friday, January 23, 2009, of Gladys Alberta Mill, formerly of Kensington and Spring Valley, aged 91 years. Born in Spring Valley on July 4, 1917, daughter of the late Wesley and Alberta (Caseley) Cole. Wife of the late Elgin Mill. Grandmother of Susan Mill (Larry Power), Summerside. Sister of Dolly (Edward) Andrews, Margate; Charles (Jessie) Cole, Spring Valley; and Brenton (Virjene) Cole, Spring Valley. Also survived by grandson Gerald, great-grandchildren Christopher and Robin Mill, Summerside. Sister-in-law of George (Edith) Mill, Charlottetown. As well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son Gerald Mill, brothers Myron, Leamon and Delmar Cole, sisters Hilda Duggan and Ruby MacLeod. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington. No visitation by personal request. Funeral service in St. Stephen’s Anglican Church, Irishtown, on Monday at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
