Suddenly on Jan. 23, 2009 at the Royal Jubilee Hospital, Victoria, B.C. of Gerald (Jerry) Prowse at the age of 82. Formerly of Murray Harbour, P.E.I., and Summerside, P.E.I. Loving remembered by his three children, Debbie (Randy), Shane (Jennine), Kim (Gary), seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren, all of Victoria, B.C. Sisters Vivia Wilbert (Herbert), Mary Saunders (Everett White) of Charlottetown and brother Sam (Sandy) of Miscouche. He was predeceased by his wife Madge (Mike) Prowse in August 2007. Jerry was an active member for many years at the Silver Fox Curling and Yacht Club in Summerside. A celebration of Jerry's life will be held at McCall Brothers Floral Chapel, Victoria, B.C. on Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2009 at 3 p.m. with a reception to follow in the McCall's Family Centre.
