Peacefully, with her family at her side, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 of Donna MacDonald, of Charlottetown, age 59 years.
Beloved wife of Aeneas MacDonald and dear mother of Katie and Meghan. She is also lovingly remembered by brothers and sisters: Kenny O’Connor, George (Linda) O’Connor, Brenton O’Connor, Wendy MacDonald, Dennis O’Connor; brothers-in-law: James (Janet) MacDonald, Reggie MacDonald, Damien (Lynn) MacDonald; sisters-in-law: Catherine (Gerard) Gallant, Mary (Ron) Peach, Noreen MacDonald, Valerie O’Connor; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Donna was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Elva (Ford) O’Connor; her brother, Bernard O’Connor; and sister, Donalda MacDonald.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home for visiting hours on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be held on Tuesday with funeral mass from St. Francis de Sales Church, Little Pond, at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Donna’s memory may be made to the Upper Room Hospitality Ministry.
