It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dwight G. Butt announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at the age of 62 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories his wife Joyce (nee Doman); sons: Keith (Sabrina) and John; grandchildren: Cynthia, Brooklyn, Cameron, Jacob, and Logan; father in law John Doman; brothers: Byron Butt, Francis Griffin (Tammy), and Leo Griffin (Julie); sisters: Ellen Target (Mike), Alice Pond (Otto), Judy Pike (Carter), Joan Park (Elvis) and Mary Pond (Baxter); brothers in law: Roy, Paul, and Donald (Glendean); sisters in law Beverley Plowman (Larry) and Vivian Rogers (Clayton); step-father Francis Griffin; nieces: Melanie Monahan(Rob), Alyson Shave (Sam), and Melissa Bellows; nephews: Gavin Doman, Jamie Griffin (Ruby), and Adam Bellows, as well as a large circle of other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Allan Butt and Catherine Griffin, mother in law Helen Doman, infant son Dwight, sister Gloria Butt, and nephew Byron Butt Jr. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 2 p.m. from St. Mary's Anglican Church, Curling with Reverend Rosemarie Payne officiating. In keeping with Dwight's wishes, cremation will take place with interment following at a later date. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society Daffodil Place.
