DAWE, CATHERINE
Catherine Dawe, 65, of Moncton, passed away on May 28, 2015 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital Center.
Born in Scoudouc, she was the daughter of Alyre and Stella (Bourque) Arsenault. Catherine worked for 15 years as a teller with the Bank of Montreal and for 10 years as a nurse’s aid at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital Center. She had many hobbies, including music, dancing, gardening, crafts and golf.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Ronald; brothers, Edouard Arsenault (in infancy) and Leonard Arsenault; and sister, Paulette Arsenault. Catherine is survived by brothers, Armand (Stella) Arsenault, Gerard (Simonne) Arsenault, Maurice (Carole) Arsenault, Jean-Charles (Delorice) Arsenault and Roland (Monique) Arsenault; many nieces and nephews; and dear friend, Merrill Albert.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 10 a.m., with a memorial service beginning at 11 a.m. both at Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB, E1E 3V9, 506-852-3530, followed by a reception in the funeral home reception centre.
