With great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother and matriarch, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt, Mary Monica Quirk, age 95, a longtime resident of Queen Street, on Feb. 25, 2015 at Miners Memorial Manor, Sydney Mines.
A funeral mass for Mary will be held Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 2 p.m. at St. Joseph Church, North Sydney, with Rev. Patrick O’Neill officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the N.S. Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
