We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all for the condolence we received on our brother Leonard’s passing. Your memorial donations, cards, emails and phone calls were appreciated. A very special thank you to Dr. Andrew Wawer for the excellent care he gave Len over the years. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Peter Poulos, Palliative Care as well as to the Palliative Care Volunteers and Deacon Greg Murphy. Len received the best of care given by the staff of 5 East at Northside General Hospital for which we are truly grateful. Lastly, thank you to Dan Campbell, Dooley’s Funeral Service for his advice and attention during this time.
