At the Coleville Manor in Souris on Friday, January 30, 2009, of Edwin “Truelove” Taylor of Upton, age 95 years. Beloved husband of Bertha (nee Acorn). Loving father of Mona (Claude) Matheson, Forest Hill; Faye VanIderstine, Stratford; Wylie (Millie), Upton; Sue (Floyd) Hicken, Bridgetown; Blanche Webster, Cardigan; Bert (Marlene), Upton; Abby (Joey) Chaisson, Souris, and Dale Mossman, Upton. Cherished grandfather of 27 grandchildren and 58 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Maude Thompson and Charles (Elsie) Taylor. Predeceased by grandsons Parker Matheson and Stephen Taylor, sons-in-law Carl Webster and Chester VanIderstine, brother Harold and his wife, Annie Taylor, sister Emma and her husband, Bill MacLennan and brother-in-law John Thompson. Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday at 2 p.m. Interment in the Dundas Community Cemetery.
