HORN, JOHANNES "JOHN" H.
1943 – 2015
John Horn of Moncton, formerly of Riverview, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2015 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Aalton, Holland, he was the son of the late Johannes and Jacoba (Theodora) Horn and was a retired engineer with the Royal Canadian Navy.
He will be dearly missed by daughter Rose Mary (Louis) of Baie St. Anne; sons, John (Christine) of Miramichi, NB, Wayne (Maxine) of Moncton, Raymond of Baie St. Anne; his five grandchildren; sisters, Cora Mann and Jeanette Kline, both of Riverview; brothers, Dirk (Phyllis), and Ted (Judy) both of Moncton; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, John was predeceased by a brother, Herman Jan John (Melda) Horn.
In honouring John’s wishes, there will be no service or visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd. Riverview, (869-2007). Cremation has taken place.
