Lovingly remembered by his family; wife Deja, children Kayla and Keanna, mother Mary Snelgrove, all of Summerland BC, brother Todd (Kerry) and nephew Sean of Victoria, BC and numerous beloved relatives and friends. He was sadly predeceased by his grandfather Ned, father Eugene and step-father Ron. Toby will be remembered for his generous spirit, love of life and family, and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
