POIRIER, ROSE MARIE
1932 - 2015
Rose Marie Poirier, 82, of Riverview, passed away on Wednesday July 8, 2015 at her residence. Born on October 9, 1932 in Dalhousie, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Georgina (Barthe) Coulombe.
She is survived by five children: Rachel Robichaud (Livain), Anne Poirier (Robert Basque), Georgette Lestage (Georges), Jean (Mary) and Louis (Dominique Paquet); nine grandchildren: Daniel (Trish), Nicole (Steve), Patrick (Nicole), Alexandre (Ivy), Andrée (Mathieu), Daniel (Danie), Luc (Sarah), Charlie and Alynn; one great-granddaughter, Samantha; one daughter-in-law, Karen and her son, Mathieu; several nieces and nephews. She was the last survivor of her immediate family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Réal (1989); her son, Robert (1999); as well as her siblings.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Monday July 13, 2015 at 11 am. Visiting hours are Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A reception will follow at the centre. Interment will be in Saint-Joseph parish cemetery, Shediac.
