MELANSON, GEORGIA
Georgia Melanson, 90, of O’Bons Soins, formerly of Haute-Aboujagane, passed away on Tuesday, July 14th 2015 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC. Born in Scoudouc on October 25th, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Stanislas and Béatrice Melanson.
She will be sadly missed by her two daughters: Jeannette Richard (Roger) of Shediac, Joanne Boudreau (Aumont) of Haute-Aboujagane; one son, Paul (Linda) of Haute-Aboujagane; two sisters: Doris Breau of Dieppe, Yvette Allain of Moncton; two brothers: Sammy (Gilberte), Gérald (Laura) all of Dieppe; two grandchildren: Lisette (Joe), Joline (Serge); two great-grandchildren: Christopher and Brooke.
She was predeceased by her spouse Roger (1990); one son, Bernard (1990); four sisters: Yvonne, Phyllis, Édith, Gérène and one brother Edgar.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Saturday July 18th from 9am till departure time at 10:05am. The funeral mass will be held at the Sacré-Coeur Roman Catholic Church, 944 route 933, Haute-Aboujagane on Saturday July 18th at 10:30am.
