PICTOU - MORRISON, Ellsworth D. “Ellie” - 91, of Dunromin Terrace, Pictou, passed away July 23, 2015. Born in Pictou, he was a son of the late George & Edith (Heighton) Morrison. Ellie was a retired funeral director and a World War II veteran, serving with the R.C.A.F.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Patsy (Smith); brothers, Lester, Oak, and Cars; sisters, Glad, Lot, Jess and Gate. No visitation or funeral service by request. Private family interment will be held in Seaview Cemetery, with Michael Simmons officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou.
