David Stephen Campbell, known to all as Stephen passed away suddenly at home in Sydney Mines on Friday, July 31, 2015 at 52 years of age. Stephen struggled with health issues for many years, but never let them get the better of him.
Stephen will be deeply missed by his parents, Robert and Helen; his children: daughter, Kayla (Matt); son, David; grandchildren, Madelynn and Lucas; brothers, John (Cindy), Ward (Lorraine) and Donald (Karen); sister, Maureen (Michael), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He will also be missed by his many dear and treasured friends especially his hunting buddies who are now short a designated driver.
Stephen had a kind heart and generous spirit and never shied away from hard work. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to whomever needed one. His favourite pastime was spending time with his grandkids or out with buddies at the hunting cabin.
A gathering of friends and family will take place.
