At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown on Sunday, February 1, 2009, of James "Rupert" Glover of Abney, age 80 years. Dear husband of Hester (nee Buell). Loving father of Bob (Teresa MacKinnon), Fae (Boyd) Vuozzo, Anita (David) O'Connor, Holly (Doug) Martin, Rupert (Janie) and Lorna (Mike Brothers). Cherished grandfather of Stephen, Janna, Kaitlyn, Kelly, Hilary, Morgan, Matthew, Cameron, Hannah and Macy. Also survived by brothers and sisters, Howard, Helen (John) MacLeod, Shirley (Don) Campbell, Herbert (June), Grace (Ray) Robinson, Marion (Amon) Acorn; brother-in-law, Gerald (Bub) MacNeill; and sister-in-law, Midge Glover. Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Blanche Glover; sister, Edna MacNeill; brother, Lowell; and sister-in-law, Kay Glover. Resting at Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 2 p.m. Interment later in the Murray Harbour Cemetery.
